Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BookToCome platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the BookToCome platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Use of Service
BookToCome grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
When you make a booking through BookToCome, you enter into an agreement with the salon partner. Cancellation policies are set by individual salons. BookToCome is not responsible for salon-specific cancellation fees.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use our platform to post false information, harass other users, circumvent security measures, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.
6. Payments
Certain bookings may require payment. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/legal). BookToCome does not store your card details. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or to BookToCome.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
